Applications can be faxed or emailed to A2 Management (see sidebar for info). Apartment reservations require an approved application (no fees), a signed lease, and the first month’s rent. Security deposits are 1.5x the monthly rent and are due prior to the move-in date. Leases generally begin September 1 and terminate the following year on August 20. If you wish to move in prior to September 1, please contact us to make arrangements.
